RuffRuff Table of Contents has three plans: Free Plan, Light Plan, and Regular Plan. Their names on screen are "🌱 Free Plan," "🏠 Light Plan," and "🏢 Regular Plan." Charges are billed in US dollars.
The Plans screen shows your current plan and the pricing and features of all three plans.
When you select "Yearly (Save 17%)," the cards show the monthly equivalent. Light Plan shows $3.3/month ($3.99 crossed out, with "billed yearly (save for 2 months)"), and Regular Plan shows $8.3/month ($9.99 crossed out). Monthly and yearly prices are as follows.

Light Plan and Regular Plan include a 3-day free trial. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days.
Displaying a table of contents on blog posts is available on every plan. Show/hide controls and per-block text settings are available on Light Plan or higher. Displaying a table of contents on products, pages, and collections is available on Regular Plan.

Per-block text settings and translation let you set title and button text individually for each block. Theme translation is also supported.
On Light Plan or higher, branding is hidden automatically. No action is needed.

Light Plan: When you want show/hide controls, initial display lines, per-block text, and translation
Regular Plan: When you also want to display a table of contents on products, pages, or collections
