You can change your plan from the app's "Plans" screen. Confirm a change to a paid plan on Shopify's plan approval screen. To return to Free Plan, see Cancel a Paid Plan or Uninstall the App.
The screen displays: "You can upgrade or cancel your current plan any time. You will not be double-charged for the same period."
These steps are for changing to Light Plan or Regular Plan.
(1) Open the Plans screen
Go to Shopify admin → Apps → "RuffRuff Table of Contents," then select "Plans" from the app menu. Your current plan appears at the top of the screen.
(2) Choose a billing cycle and plan
Switch between "Monthly" and "Yearly (Save 17%)," then select Light Plan or Regular Plan. The button on the Light Plan card is "Start 3 Day trial."
Note: Changing to a paid plan affects Shopify billing. Check the amount and billing cycle before approving.
(3) Approve in Shopify
Review the details on Shopify's plan approval screen and approve the change.
The change is complete when "Current plan:" at the top of the Plans screen shows the plan you selected. To check whether you are in a free trial, see Free Trial.
To return from a paid plan to Free Plan, use the in-app cancellation confirmation instead of Shopify's approval screen. While you are on a paid plan, the button on the Free Plan card is "Change Plan." For the steps, see Cancel a Paid Plan or Uninstall the App.
