Cannot Access a Template

Prepare published content of that type, then open the theme editor again.

If you cannot open a template in the theme editor, the cause is that no published content of that type exists. Prepare at least one published item.

Each template needs the following published content.

At least one published collection

Products → Collections

(1) Prepare published content

Create one item from the location in the table above, then publish it.

(2) Open the theme editor again

From the home screen, select "Add app block" on the target row again. If published content exists, you can open the template.

If the above still does not solve the issue, contact us through the contact form.

When you contact us, include the following information.

  • The store's myshopify.com domain

  • The template name you tried to open

  • The theme name

  • The items you have already checked
