You can set a title and button text that differ from the common settings, individually for each app block or app embed.
You can now override the table of contents title and the "show," "hide," and "show all" button text individually, for each app block or app embed you've added in the theme editor.
This feature is available on the Light plan or above. On the Free plan, the settings are visible but have no effect.
App blocks and app embeds for displaying a table of contents on products, pages, and collections are available on the Regular plan or above.
In the "Text" section of an app block (or app embed), turning on "Override the app settings for this block" lets you enter a title and the three button labels specific to that item. If left off, the app's common settings continue to be used, as before.
You want to change the table of contents title on just one product page

Open the theme editor
Select the RuffRuff Table of Contents app block (or app embed)
In the "Text" section, turn on "Override the app settings for this block"
Enter the title and the show, hide, and show all button text
